Not Kosher for Passover
Not kosher. Gluten itself is not kosher for Passover because it is typically derived from wheat, which is one of the five grains (wheat, barley, rye, oats, and spelt) that are considered chametz if they come into contact with water and are allowed to ferment. For gluten to be kosher for Passover, it would need to come from specially supervised wheat that is processed to prevent fermentation, resulting in what is known as "matzah flour" or "shmura matzah."
